Brand Identity & Brochure Design for Property Development
Gold Winner – Indigo Design Awards

Project Overview
Locale is a visionary redevelopment project set on premium real estate near the heart of Adelaide. The goal was to communicate the lifestyle potential of the future precinct—a place where people can live, work, eat, shop, learn, and most importantly, connect.

My Role
I led the branding and print design, from concept to production, including logo design, brand system development, and the layout of a large-format, high-end brochure aimed at securing vendor and investor buy-in.

Design Objectives & Outcomes

Brochure Design:
A premium A3 brochure was created to tell the story of Locale’s human-centric and environmentally conscious vision. Sustainability was a key theme, so the brochure was printed on uncoated recycled stock, with a spot UV finish highlighting the white logo on the cover—balancing texture and sophistication.

Visual Language:
I developed a clean, modern brand identity system that reflected Locale’s architectural ambition and community-focused ethos. The logo and visual assets were applied consistently throughout the brochure, tying together photography, renders, and messaging in a cohesive, elegant format.

Award Recognition:
This project was awarded Gold in Magazine & Newspaper Design at the Indigo Design Awards, recognising excellence in print design and branding execution.
